Waitlists for a first appointment are almost always two weeks or less, depending on the availability of the specific therapist that you wish to work with. We maintain staffing levels to ensure that waitlists are never longer than two weeks.
We have built a diverse treatment team that offers a variety of approaches and disciplines. Our treatment team can accommodate requests for a male or female therapists, English, French, Hindi, or Punjabi speakers, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
You can choose the frequency of your sessions based on your treatment goals and insurance coverage. Sessions can be weekly, monthly, or any other frequency you choose.
We accept most extended health care insurance policies, and we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement if we are not able to direct bill. A full list of insurance providers that we accept can be found under the tab labelled “Fees” on our website.
Yes, sessions can be held via our Jane App secure video application, or via telephone.
