Irene McCready

I’m Irene McCready, MSW, RSW, a counsellor who believes in the power of connection, growth, and healing. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and as a Registered Social Worker (RSW), I bring both my professional experience and a deep, intuitive understanding of what it means to be human into my practice.

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges and discover your path to personal transformation. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and client-centered therapy, creating a compassionate and empowering environment where you can feel heard, understood, and valued.

I believe that true wellness involves more than just the mind—it’s about nurturing the body and spirit, too. In my practice, I like to incorporate elements of nature, creativity, and mindfulness to help guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilled life.

Whether you’re facing tough times, looking for clarity, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey. My goal is to help you discover the strength, resilience, and inner peace that’s already within you.

Bharat Sharma

I am a Master’s practitioner in Clinical Counseling with a private practice in Edmonton, Alberta. I focus on adults and families struggling with mental health issues, ranging from depression and anxiety to addiction, conflict, and relationship issues.

I utilize an integrative approach to help clients discover the prototypes (or causes) in their lives, which are the roots of their unhappiness and sorrow. The sense of being alone in this situation is a common issue, which exacerbates the entire problem.

With that in mind, I hold clients accountable for making necessary changes in their lives to promote better connections and relationships with family, friends, and coworkers – people who love and care about them – so that nobody has to feel alone on this journey to wellness

Anttu Muhamed

Hello, my name is Anttu. I’m a counsellor and registered social worker (MSW, RSW)
who is passionate about supporting people of all ages as they heal from trauma and
restore broken relationships.

My approach to therapy is holistic — meaning I focus on the whole person rather than
just one issue. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, family struggles, or feeling stuck, I offer tools to help manage emotions while we work through both past and present wounds together.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families because I believe life’s challenges can
affect every part of who we are not just our emotional well-being, but also how we
connect with others, our sense of belonging, and how supported we feel.

Your beliefs, values, and culture matter. As a first-generation Black Muslim woman, I deeply understand how cultural stigmas and expectations can impact someone’s mental health and contribute to distress. In our work together, it’s important to me that we explore your religious and cultural identity in a way that supports you in building a
stronger, more grounded sense of self. I believe therapy is a journey within and as your therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care. Whatever your story may be, I’m here to
support you on your path to healing.
