Big feelings need a safe place to land.

Children might not always have the words to explain what they’re feeling — but their behaviour, their play, and their silence all tell a story. We create a gentle, supportive space where kids can be seen, heard, and understood.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, changes at home, trauma, or challenges at school, our therapists use age-appropriate approaches to help them express themselves, build emotional resilience, and feel safe in their world again.

We don’t just work with children — we walk alongside families.

Who can benefit?

Every child is different, so every therapy plan is personalized — always with warmth, patience, and deep respect for your family. We support children ages 3+ who may be:

  • Experiencing anxiety, worry, or panic
  • Struggling with grief, loss, or separation
  • Dealing with behavioral challenges or emotional outbursts
  • Adapting to divorce, moves, or big life transitions
  • Recovering from trauma, abuse, or neglect
  • Facing difficulties at school, with friends, or with self-esteem

What should I expect from therapy?

What does it look like: We use play-based and talk-based methods depending on your child’s age and needs. This might include art, games, stories, and gentle conversation — all guided by a trained child therapist.

Parent participation: Especially with younger children, we often involve caregivers to help support emotional growth at home. We also offer regular check-ins to keep you informed and supported.

What if my child doesn’t want to talk: That’s okay — we don’t force conversation. Play and creativity often become the bridge. Building trust takes time, and we move at your child’s pace.
